Submission deadline date for Oral Presentations: May 14, 2012

Submission deadline date for Poster Presentations: August 1, 2012

Oral Presentation Abstracts: Abstract Oral presentations are limited to 15 minutes (12 minutes for presentation and 3 minutes for questions). Selection of oral abstract papers will be based on content of abstract, submission date and available time allotments.

Poster Presentation Abstracts: All poster papers related to conference topics will be considered, based on submission date, content and available space. Space is limited. Submit your poster abstracts early to ensure a poster location. Cash Awards will be presented for best Student and Non-Student posters. Presenting first author must register prior to June 15, 2012 to be eligible.

May 11, 2012 - Oral Abstract submission deadline

August 1, 2012 - Poster Abstract submission deadline

June 1, 2012- Oral Presentations posted to our program schedule located on the Conference Overview page of this website.

June 1, 2012 - Poster Presentations posted to our program schedule located on the Poster Presentations page of this website.

June 15, 2012 - All oral presenters must register and pay conference fees to confirm participation and abstract publication. Failure to register prior to this day may result in losing your presentation time and publishing your abstract paper.

July 2, 2012 - Early Register Discount Deadline... Save $100 (non-military) register prior to July 2nd.

August 1, 2012 - Last day to edit your abstract paper. Return to this page, link to>> Abstract Submission and post your User Name and Password.

Edit your submitted papers
Abstract papers will be published in our Conference Program Syllabus as submitted. Please edit you papers accordingly.
