Conference Fees

* Organizational members must be current with their respective dues
**Student / Technician or Allied Professional must submit a signed letter from program director or employer

Conference Fee includes: Access to General Sessions, patron exhibits, conference publications, organizational lunches (members only), breaks, and Welcome Reception, and Exhibit/Poster Reception.

Pre-Registration discounted fees must be received and deposited prior to deadline date- Aug. 9, 2002

Payment- Must be one of the following: Check- cashier check or money order drafted in USA funds with bank account number posted on bottom of check... Or, Credit Card- VISA or MASTERCARD (only)

Refund Policy- If requested in writing prior to September 15, 2002 fees will be refunded less a $50 administrative cost.  No refunds after September 15, 2002.

Additional Conference Fees

Guest Fees- $100 per guest        $25 per child (12 or under)
Guest Fee includes: Welcome Reception and Exhibit Reception

Reception & Banquet Fee- $60 per person (delegates and guest)
JAMP / ISMR Banquet (Friday. Oct. 4^th) is an elective event and requires addition fee.
